- Some illnesses may require further evaluation by a specialist or require transfer to a higher level of care at the nearest emergency department.
- Urinary tests, rapid strep, testing for infectious mononucleosis and x-rays are performed on site. Other lab tests are sent out and will take a few days to receive results.
