Acute Bronchitis is an infection that causes inflammation in the bronchial airways. It is a self-limiting lower respiratory tract infection. It is one of the most common conditions seen in outpatient clinics.

Symptoms include:

  • Productive cough
  • Low grade fever
  • Fatigue
  • Wheezes
  • Chest discomfort

Remember to see a doctor for a cough lasting more than 3 weeks.
